What this covers

What this deliberately does not cover

This is not a regulatory publication.

Compliance and licensing detail is genuinely important, but it is a different discipline with different sources and a different standard of care. Where a rule shapes a commercial decision, it appears here as context. It is never the subject of an article, and nothing here should be read as a statement of what any regulator requires.
